Facility layout is a problem that is related to the location of facilities in a plant. Numerous researches have been done about facility layout because of facility layout variety. Up to now, many models have been presented about facility layout. One of the main problems of these models is not paying enough attention to the external and internal problems of the system. In addition to external competitors, some internal problems of system such as material handling system designing affect layout designs. For considering these effects, some researchers have provided multi-objective approaches that in most cases lead to the optimization of a linear combination of objective functions. The provided multi-objective approaches have not enough efficiency, because of the difficulty of normalizing these functions and quantifying the weights. On the condition that external competitor behavior and participating different sections in internal problems decision-making effect on facility layout, the above models seems unrealistic. In this paper, a game model is proposed that make possible designing facility layout in duopoly monopolized markets through considering the designer's decisions effects. Finally, through an example, the proposed game model is compared with the existing models. This example shows using the linear combination of cost functions in the case of decisions are made by a team, is not necessarily cause improvement in executing manufacturing system. In this situation, game theory can be a suitable instrument in order to make equilibrium strategies between two groups with conflict interests.

From the point of agency theory view, that relates the managers’ salaries and benefits to the reported income, managers have strong motivations to hide bad news that can cause the income reduction. Therefore, conservatism can be considered as a mechanism to control managers’ motivations for over-reporting income. From the point of capital market and management view, firm growth is an important variable which can affect managerial behavior and managers reporting. Therefore, this research studies the effect of firm growth on accounting conservatism based on Basu conservatism model. The statistical community of this study is companies listed on the Tehran stock Exchange. 81 firms have been selected as the statistical sample based on systematic sampling method. The period of study is a nine-year period (1379-1387) and cross-sectional regression used as statistical method. The research findings confirmed the Basu model is valid and conservatism for companies that have low growth is necessary. The research findings also show the adjusted Basu model is statistically meaningful with respect to firm growth. But unlike expectations, the research findings show increasing firm growth is not effective on accounting conservatism.

efficiency is an economic concept, the improvement of which has always been emphasized by those involved in politics and economics for promoting standard of living, welfare, tranquility and peace of mind of human beings. Also, some believe that survival and continuity of a political and economic system depends on efficiency and productivity so that in all the economic schools and communities, too, this concept has somehow been emphasized, and appropriate political recommendations have been presented in connection with improving efficiency, as well. Considering the qualitative & quantitative development of cities, at the moment, the role of municipalities in the management of cities becomes increasingly more prominent. Therefore, in order for municipalities to plan and perform better, it seems necessary to evaluate their efficiency. In the present study, it has been attempted to analyze the efficiency of the municipalities of Kurdistan province utilizing DEA method assuming varied return in relation to the scale, output-oriented (BCC-O) for the 2005-2008 period considering the surface area of urban area, the number of municipality personnel, and the municipality revenues as the input, and urban development expenditure as the output. The findings of the study indicate that in the year 2005, 47.62%, in 2007, 27.27 %, in 2007, 21.82% and in 2008, 45% of the municipalities have been efficient. The maximum efficiency average is related to the year 2008, and the minimum efficiency average is related to the year 2006. Also, among the municipalities which provided us with complete information, the maximum efficiency average is related to the municipality of Saghez, and the minimum efficiency average during the period is related to the municipality of Serishabad.
